1. Information We Collect

CodeShelf believes in minimal data collection. When you purchase a template, submit a custom project request, or contact support, we collect:

• Email Address: Used solely to deliver your source code ZIP download links, order receipts, and purchase recovery tokens.
• Order & Transaction Records: Order reference IDs, amounts paid, timestamp, and payment provider identifiers.
• Technical Metadata: Anonymized IP addresses and user agents recorded strictly for rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and storage URL security.

2. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. CodeShelf servers never store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs.

3. Email Communications

We send transactional emails exclusively (order receipts, purchase recovery links, and direct replies to your inquiries) via Resend. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your email address to advertisers or third-party marketing lists.

4. Analytics and Tracking

CodeShelf does not employ invasive third-party cross-site trackers or behavioral advertising cookies. We utilize a lightweight local cookie strictly to remember your regional currency preference (INR vs. USD).

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain purchase records and download entitlements indefinitely to allow you lifetime access to template updates via Purchase Recovery. You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal records by contacting support@codeshelfstore.me.
