Frequently Asked Questions

Find detailed answers to common questions about CodeShelf source templates, delivery, licenses, and custom services.

What is included in a template purchase?

Every CodeShelf template purchase includes the complete, production-ready source code repository in a ZIP archive. This comprises all TypeScript components, Tailwind CSS styling, responsive layout structures, clean configuration files (such as next.config.ts, tsconfig.json, and package.json), sample assets, and detailed step-by-step setup guides.

How are ZIP files delivered?

Delivery is fully automated and immediate. As soon as your Razorpay transaction is verified by our servers, you are redirected to the verified success page with an active, authenticated download button. Additionally, an order confirmation containing a lifetime access link is instantly dispatched to your delivery email via Resend.

What happens if a download link expires?

For security, direct signed storage download URLs have a short time-to-live (15 minutes). However, you have an unrestricted 24-hour active session and permanent lifetime recovery access. You can generate a fresh, secure signed link at any time without paying again by using our passwordless Purchase Recovery tool.

How do customers recover previous purchases?

CodeShelf does not require customer account passwords. To recover any previous purchase, visit the Purchase Recovery page (/purchase-recovery) and enter the email address used during checkout. If verified orders exist, our system dispatches a secure, single-use cryptographic token to your inbox allowing you to access and download all your past purchases.

How do customers install and run templates?

All templates are standard modern Next.js TypeScript projects. Simply extract the downloaded ZIP archive (`unzip template.zip`), open a terminal in the project folder, run `npm install` (or your preferred package manager like pnpm or yarn), copy `.env.example` to `.env.local`, and run `npm run dev` to start the local development server at http://localhost:3000.

What is the license for purchased templates?

Templates are provided under a commercial license permitting unlimited end deployments for personal ventures or paying client projects. You may freely modify, customize, and deploy the code. You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or making the raw template source files publicly downloadable.

What is the refund policy?

Because our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital source code delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer voluntary discretionary refunds once the source archive has been accessed. However, in the event of duplicate billing errors, verified technical defects, or statutory consumer protection requirements, please contact support@codeshelfstore.me within 7 days for prompt resolution.

How do product updates work?

When an administrator releases an updated version of a template (e.g. updating dependencies, performance enhancements, or new features), that new release becomes immediately available to existing buyers free of charge. You can retrieve the latest version anytime through the Purchase Recovery page.

How can customers request a custom project?

If you need bespoke feature development, custom integrations with existing backend services, or a custom full-stack web application built from scratch, visit our Custom Projects page (/custom-projects). Fill out the project quote request form with your tech preferences, scope, and timeline, and our engineering team will provide a fixed quote within 24 hours.
